Since Republicans freed the slaves... Yes it is similar to those who advocate right to life but do not care about the child once the child is born. Bush's record on pre and post natal care, education etc. etc. Look at Bush's NCLB mandate. These are the unfunded mandates of the Bushies and they are thrust on the school districts.
