If you using that definition privacy could be anything. Anything could be considered a privacy right as long as restrictions against it where somewhat intrusive and not authorized.

As for the not authorized part applied to abortion they became "not authorized" because of the Supreme Cort's privacy decision. It seems a bit circular.
