Bingoman, I don't know much about the Lenrich matter but I am confused about the timing of the press release. Jeff says that "earlier this month" ( January 3rd, 2006) Littlefield was able to settle the Lenrich matter. OK, that's good but why was this information released after the conference call? Was Jeff trying to avoid questions about this matter? It seems to me that this information should have been released within a day or two of 1-03-2006. I feel LTFD has a bright future but the timing of this press release bothers me. Maybe I'm just paranoid. Is anyone else having a problem with the smell test?
