Hey, rrufff. This is a excerpt from an e-mail from the management of XLPI to it's investors....here's the $$ behind the reason why so many companies are now choosing the pinks.

> 5) Is there a timeline for getting XLPI off the pinks? (ie, has the process
been budgeted? started? etc)

We as much as everyone else want to be off
Pinksheets. However neither you nor most people realize that the cost is
exorbitant and must be weighed against gains. Once we leave Pinksheets we
must become Sarbanes Oxley compliant. This cost alone is 50-$150K per year
and has in some companies reached $1mm per year. We do not have the staff
and or the man hours to do this right now. So the plan is to first become a
2 sided pink, file with NASD and then take baby steps toward growing off of
Pinksheets. It is our plans and intention to have this done by sometime this
year.
