Next week, a new campaign to promote the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney will be launched as a truck with billboards on both sides begins circling the U.S. Capitol building.
According to a post on afterdowningstreet.org, one side of the vehicle, sponsored by VelvetRevolution.us, will sport a Photoshopped picture of Bush in prison-stripes, along with the text: "Bush/Cheney impeached, evicted and convicted. Don't settle for less."
On the other side of the truck will be a more conventionally suited photo of Bush, accompanied by a list of charges such as "spying on Americans," "lying to Congress," and "waging an illegal war." The truck is owned by Velvet Revolution, but they are soliciting funds for the production of the signs, and other expenses. Donations are accepted at velvetrevolution.us. - ST
