Or the gov't may try to take property. This is easy in the case of bank accounts. If they seize your property for sale, your choices are let the or resist and face the consequences. The consequences can include the use of force. Gov'ts don't take NO for an answer here. That threat of force is behind their actions. Their actions are legal because they say what the law is, not you.
