I think your message got cut off. But you might be right there may not be a relationship between enterworks and telos but it sure looks strange. Look at the last 4 10k's. From 2001 to 2002 they wrote off an investment in the phillipines and wrote off a substantial amount of software inventory. Dave Aldrich leaves and John Wood comes back as president ceo of both companies. All of a sudden the money starts flowing from Telos to Enterworks on investing in a phillipines jv(same?) and millions of dollars on exclusive software rights(same?). At any rate when transactions happen and thier is a guy on both sides of the transaction it at least raises some questions to me.

I am not detective but reading thru this and the timing of all these cash transactions seem odd.

Also on of the defedants resigned according to the last 8k (Head of sales and marketing). Not sure what significance that has except I guess he is on his own to defend now.
