You should also inform the owners that:

1. you may have 10 plus people that sound like 100.
2. the tables need to be sturdy enough to hold at least 3
dancers at a time.
3. a squad of Straight Line Police need to be standing by.
4. the band should be prepared to share their instruments.
5. enough room should be provided for a Ducati to make a few
donuts.
6. preparations should be made for extended periods of laughter
7. there needs to be flagons of wine and chipotle

I'm sure there are more things to prepare for...any more ideas from the Bar?
