i agree with rose.

maybe it would be a good plan
to ease up a bit and give your body
time to adjust to the activity,
weight loss, etc....

a lot of metabolic stuff is going on
when you're rapidly losing weight.

body cells have to figure out where
to grab proteins and other nutrients
and often start taking it from organs
(not meaning to spook you or anything,
but there are reasons that doctors don't
recommend losing weight too quickly).

keep in mind that your weight took awhile to "get there",
so just try to be patient as you work to lose it.

just look at the guy in Super Size Me.
he put on about 25 or 30 pounds in a month,
but under his weight loss program, i think he said
it took him 9 months to get the weight back off.

also remember that athletes don't go full tilt
all of the time.
a good work-out plan usually includes
days where you work hard, but also days
where you do some easy stuff at a relaxed pace
in order to let muscle cells rebuild.
