Brooks Automation Announces Chairman of the Board Will Not Seek Re-election
CHELMSFORD, Mass., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Brooks Automation, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRKS), which develops and produces hardware, software and systems to enable manufacturing efficiencies for the semiconductor and other complex manufacturing industries, today announced that chairman and former CEO Robert J. Therrien will not seek re-election to the Brooks Automation Board of Directors in 2006. The role of independent lead director will continue to be filled by Amin J. Khoury.
