There is a move to modify the SOX to make for different rules for small and microcaps. It is a legit point and, in fact, a lot of companies have gone to pinks or even cancelled their registration because of it.

PS What's happening with XLPI? I lost track when they went from auto lubricants to anti-bird flu microbial stuff. LOL
