Enron let Bush use its HQ as a Bush campaign HQ, and free use of its private jets. In the early stages, Enron and the Bush campaign were one and the same. Enron even hired operatives like Ralph Reed for Bush calling them "energy consultants". Rove in partiocular was very close to Enron, but so was Bush personally.
