A whole lot....check out this craziness. Most of the XLP I investors are not too happy about all this. They want to know why such a weak company would spin off all it's revenue streams....may be a a buying opp. if you see things differently since the sky is falling in XLPI land.

BILL SMITH RESPONSE to IHUB questions:

Subject: RE: Questions from Ihubers
Mr. Smith, Can you please take a few minutes to answer some important questions from investors. Thank you in advanced and keep up the fantastic work. We all are excited to see what's in store next!
All of these questions answers will be posted on the website in the investors relations section later today. > > 1)Do we have enough financing to ramp up production?
Not at this very moment, however the most we can say is that, that is about to change. We are working out some details. We will pr when the $$ comes in. > >
> 2)Will you outsource manufacturing in US & Canada and let NZ handle the Far East?
> NO!! all manufacturing will be done here in the US. We will allow some post blending outside of the US however that is how proprietary formulas are protected.. keep them in-house. The Avian product will go out in concentrate as we do with the environmentally safe rust remover. It is then blended with water for distribution. > > 3)What are your plans to help the PPS of the stock right now? With such a potential the stock isn't trading great right now.
Continue to do and build our business. The PPS will change and reflect the truth once the business builds and sales come in. > > > > 4)Have we found any new marketing dollars so that we can take advantage of the product and the need world wide for xlpi's bird product?
Answered above. Of course everyone could email Oprah as she just recently ran a big show on avian flu scaring the hell out of everyone, even though there is nothing to fear, but fear itself. > > > > 5) Is there a timeline for getting XLPI off the pinks? (ie, has the process been budgeted? started? etc)
We as much as everyone else want to be off Pinksheets. However neither you nor most people realize that the cost is exorbitant and must be weighed against gains. Once we leave Pinksheets we must become Sarbanes Oxley compliant. This cost alone is 50-$150K per year and has in some companies reached $1mm per year. We do not have the staff and or the man hours to do this right now. So the plan is to first become a 2 sided pink, file with NASD and then take baby steps toward growing off of Pinksheets. It is our plans and intention to have this done by sometime this year. > > > > 6)With the advent of the bird flu products, what in effort is being pursued with the anchor automotive line-if anything- and can we expect high revs from such after the first quarter...?
In order to sit our products on Wal-Mart's shelves we must spend $5,000,000 in a committed funded advertising program. We must hit the Jordan Whitney reports in order for Wal-Mart to take a look at us. So our method is to allow our independent dealers and distributors to stock the shelves of their local stores in a consignment program using their dollars for product placement and our dollars they generate in sales to help promote the product. This is just about to launch. This will apply as well to all the national automotive stores. Auto Zone has for quite some time run a pay-on-scan system (consignment) where you get paid once the product sells. The other auto parts retailer are looking at this program as well and this has manufacturers and distributors scares as hell because the burden to sell falls on their backs instead of the retailers. A salesperson has been hired to recruit and train the new dealers and distributors once they are located and that program will launch as well once he is completed training. > > > > 7)A company with such diametrically opposed prodct's may spin one off to a shell or a separate division so the focus on that product is singular. What has XLPI done, if anything, with respect to managements ability to manage each product(lube-bird flu)?
We have already planned several subsidiaries for Xcelplus; I cannot elaborate any further than that at this point other than it will be posted on our website sometime today. > > > > 8)At what point in the Financials will we start to see revenues from the Contracts signed last year for the Engine Treatments with the Far East? Dont need exact numbers before the filings obviously, but wll they show up in Q4? or early in 2006?
Because of the change from the parties we made our partners, things stopped until Oct of last year. They are now moving forward at a rapid pace, samples and sales started in India last month. Product has been shipped to China (Harbin) for their arrival in the first week in Feb so that the new distributor there can get started. > So we do expect the flow to start in the 1st quarter and grow as the year progresses. More in the posting upcoming later today. > > > > Thanks once again for take the time to answer these questions. I believe that one day your products will be household names! > >
