The settlement was subject to a confidentiality agreement. Maybe he was not allowed to tell anyone about this settlement until yesterday. This lawsuit was not a big suit as compared to the Collins case in South Carolina, but hopefully we will learn what the settlement was for. We don't even know if Littlefield won or lost the suit.
