Also, in regard to the Preferred Share Purchase Rights-in order to have these rights, we have to pay IDEC $200,000 per preferred share (the way its worded is $200 for every .001 share, each right equal to one share of stock, and each right equal to .001 preferred share). The company must feel the stock is going out of sight in order for the average shareholder to fork over that kind of money to exercise the right! Its just incredible to me-the figures could be incomprehensible to this feable mind! Roger
