Stephen, seriously though....

There is got to be something going on. I mean, the CEO resigns
and we have this thing gaining almost a dime every day after
that. Look at the volume, 30-40 K , thats kind of strange. We
have always had dayTraders beating the sh*t out of this. But, me
thinks it is different this time.

We'll see. BTW, do you ever sell that land :)
