I agree with Thomas White on liabilitiy issues and see today's carnage as panic.....not to say panic won't continue a bit longer. But AHP will be the primary target by far. Liablity will also fall on the physician's who prescribed the drugs ( esp. the highly publicized weight clinic), and it is fenturamine, not dexfenturamine, which is the implicated agent in the majority of cases/data so far.....certainly IPIC has no liability here. The value of Redux to the company was very small compared to values in its pipeline.......and the threat of monies to fight/pay for lawsuits will come out of IPIC's insurance company, not from future IPIC revenues.
