[ Bid / Ask Question ?? ] Walt, Steve, Anyone.....

Can anyone explain this Bid/Ask question I have.

The Ask is 3.81
The Bid is 3.75
A 50,000 share block goes thru at 3.62. Bid/Ask does not change.
Next trade 8,000 shares at full ask 3.81.
Only 180,000 shares traded all day 'counting the 50k'.

Anyone know what this is??
