SEARCH'97 Provides Intelligent Searching and Information Management Capabilities for High-End Publishers

With the integration of Verity's SEARCH'97 technology, PublishingXpert 2.0 users will be able to perform intelligent searches on a variety of content sources. PublishingXpert 2.0 is an end-to-end business solution that allows companies to sell, manage, and deliver information and services to customers and partners. The product, available the end of September 1997, accelerates the time it takes to bring new online services to market. It features web publishing with robust content and document management, distributed staging services, customer service interfaces, granular access control, and industrial-strength search services. In addition, PublishingXpert 2.0 supports a wide range of payment options, and a user agent framework to perform user tracking and enable targeted marketing.
