"Clinton had no problem bombing pharmaceutical company but he would have a problem detaining well known terrorist - strange." At the time, he wasn't directly implicated in terrorist act against Americans. That wasn't until later. The Clinton administration did try to get Sudan to extradite UBL to any country that had solid evidence against him. Read the 9/11 Commission report. It is better than just speculating.
