If the t-shirt she had on simply had a number on it I think she has a good false arrest suit. They're keeping her in jail for the time being, no doubt so she can't appear on any news shows tonight. They couldn't have played into Shennans hand better if they wanted too. Her only mistake was not leaving her coat on until junior started his "lecture" though.
