Keep up the good work.

I was conked out yesterday. I came home took a power-nap
for about 2 hours. That helped but then I also stayed up
probably 3 hours longer last night than normal... :)

I went to gym today and dialed the workout down a bit.
I set the t-mill on a high incline but slow pace.
My heart rate was up in the cardio zone but not maxed out
like it has been lately.

Got a nice sweat going and that was about it.

I'm not going to weigh myself each day as I have been.
I've been noticing that I feel thinner. Perhaps the muscle
I'm building is offsetting on the scale any fat loss.

Dunno. But I'll keep at it.
