08:21 ASYT Asyst upgraded to Buy at Needham (7.16 ) -Update-

Needham upgraded ASYT to Buy from Hold with a $13 tgt based on 15x their FY07 GAAP EPS est of $0.85; they are using what they feel is a conservative valuation given the long negative period that ASYT went through. In their view it will take investors some time to warm up to the story as well as time for the leverage of the ATI business to kick in as it is naturally somewhat behind front end business.
