knighty, not too free, though... hint, hint.

as for cards... i'm with you - i'll take luck, too. the last two hands i lost where flop straights. head to head, too - only two people at the table.

everyone can sorta understand getting "rivered" by a flush draw.

the one that hurt, though, was the 3,4,6 flop and my 2 and 5 in my hand. i got the guy all in, the sucker that i am!, and he had a 5,7 in his hand at the flop.

good thing i was "charitable" and split most of the pot when i had 80-85% of the chips! -lol-

i always say, it isn't the bad hands that hurt you... it is the good hands that aren't good enough. those two flop straight losses sent me from 80% of the chips to packed bags and a ticket home.

better lucky than good - sometimes, anyway.

since gambling is now your "profession," that means your next trip to san diego is tax deductible, right? if you want to visit and play some casino weekend tournaments, let me know - i'm in, too.

it is $13 to get in and then most folks pony up another $10 for additional chips before they freeze the chip purchases. the best part is that you get a $5 "bounty" for each person you kick off the island, as it were.

if you are really creative, you can sell the reality show to abc... "stock broker goes "all in," episode 4 - a new hope"
