Hugh M. I also wanted to know what the holdings of Russ were so I asked him and

for tax reasons he moved the stock over to a diffrent account. Now if he was to
sell the stock he would have to make record of the same or the VSE would be
all over the company. I think this company is very streight and forward with
the stockholders. As far as Mr. Dow and his shares. He is not a director or
officer to the best of my knowledge and what he is going to do is his business IMO.

I will wait for the heavy accumulaton as it's not here yet!
