Thats the man. He said a lot of things to make me realize he was truly an expert on humans more then anything else.

Another was sales is really nothing more then pairing someone with something they want. You may be able to sell ice to an Eskimo once, but you aren't going to make a career out of it. It sounded so simple and truly turned out to be. I was in the car business and by applying this and listening to what people were truly saying and shutting my own mouth I was able to consistently cypher what it was someone truly wanted and then find it for them. Took me almost 8 years after leaving the car business to earn as much as I was then but I detested working Saturdays.

Another one I still use and pass on today that helps in all forms of business and conversation, "God gave you 2 ears and 1 mouth, that means you should listen twice as much as you talk:)"
