Interesting speculation. It crossed my mind as I was reading the JV release. I don't know enough about their product line crossovers to justify an opinion on whether or not this would be a good fit for these companies. It would be nice to see some consolidation within this industry, as that would bring a lot more attention to these companies. Fwiw, TLABs had a very good quarter and I was thinking about who they could merge with or acquire to gain more traction. Their AFCI move looks like it will pay off very nicely down the road. It would seem that there are plenty of players in this sector that could really gain from a wave of consolidation.
