Not sure what indirect comment you are referring to, but up until two months ago, and even in their press release this week (Aware quote), ADI was saying that they were not convinced they needed the patent. In conversations with ADI and Aware, as well as Amati this week, ADI has clearly reversed itself. Amati has been saying that they believed this way all along. Bottom line: This is great for Amati clearly. See our comments just posted today.
