OT It's not "only" Finland, Norway, and Sweden that are "reasonably successful" with socialized healthcare.

ALL advanced western countries with the exception of the US have socialized medicine and ALL are far more successful than the US both in terms of costs (on the average around 60% of US costs) and results (substantially longer life expectancies and spectacularly lower infant mortalities).
