No real insight except what they have disclosed in all thier 10k's and q's. It's obvious just reading the filing all the money going over to enterworks when Wood became CEO of both companies. It appears this relationship heated up when he was on both sides of the equation. Just seems strange since the preferred are going to all the trouble with these law suits they have not at least questioned some of the transaction.
