precisely what I meant by "clear target", thank you. By winning the election hamas did not gain any military advantage over what they already had in a form of huge number of small missiles aimed at Israel. If hamas would fire before the election that would be a terrorist attack and Israel response would be limited to some precision strikes that would take out one or two hamas leaders at best. But any attack from hamas now may be and should be considered as an act of war with a proper full blown response by Israeli military forces.
