I have been reading all the Longs for 3 months now granted, not a long period of time, but the arguing back and forth, and yet, the company has yet to help their position, other than by superficial promos. What has actually happened that is legally verifiable?
The increased OS is in fact the ONLY news that has come in 3 months that is factual and material significance. NOTHING else has been verified, No audit, No Sec approval, No OTC Listing, NO share restructuring, a big fat ZERO!

Longs, you are all falling Short.
