Tonight my husband and I were having a drink in the local Vets Club. The topic of Bush's speech came up and my husband announced to all that I was a Bush hater. I clarified my position as one who feels wars should only be fought as a last resort and lives should not be wasted for the agenda of a few foolish old men,. An unknown man stood up and said, " I was in the AirForce for 15 years and lost too many friends in the Vietnam War.......Bush is wrong to send so many men to their deaths in another useless war like Vietnam." He High-fived me and you could have heard a pin drop in the Vets Club!!!!
