If your cpu is properly cooled (fan, heatsink and heat-tranfer goop) you can safely push the core voltage to 3.2 and even 3.3. It may improve the stability, although the problems sound like the may be a result of wear and tear on anohter component..

I am not real familiar with the MB in question so I can't speak for the quality of the components on the MB, but I haven't heard anything bad about them.. try 3.2 and let me know.
