Raimondas, i had read the artical in the wall street journal this moring about the spinoff. it said that the 4.8 billion in debt that it has , is 10 times their 1996 cash flow, and that shareholders value is a negative 740 million. it also looks like many big shareholder will be selling YUM.
this was a great way for pepsi to get rid of debt. and it also will give them the freedom to go after burgerking and mcdonalds.
i still will hold my YUM. i won't be getting that many shares anyway.
now that pepsi will have all that debt down, mabe they can fix their international problems.
