Come on, guys. This sounds like a very reasonable business decision: if the machines are going to be shipping in spring, and your next major upgrade for software is in the fall, you promise to go to universal code version in the fall. That is a big commitment, considering Adobe probably works on a 2 year development cycle. 6 months may seem like a long time, but in reality it is not, considering you have Rosetta. But what Adobe can do to reassure Apple and its clients is that you can get a FREE upgrade to the Intel version if you buy the PPC version now and can demonstrate ownership of a Macintel.
