I have been investing in biotechs for 13 years. I have had them bounce around up and down in and out, but I have treated them exactly as they should be treated and that is that they are very very risky. The rewards have been very great in some instances and there have been losses I've sat on for years. If you didn't understand this then you should have put your money in the bank and watched the interest accumulate. If you have to own stocks then please buy blue chips with low betas and then we don't have to hear the whining after there is a short term letdown. In other words if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. This is good advice for all would be speculators.
