Your insistence on stock "decay" reduce the freedom of investors and of those who would make money by selling stock. It would reduce the purely passive receipt of perpetual income. I think that is it's good feature. Investors still retain all the flexibility of a marketplace for their asset. I don't think you have laid any valid critisism on this idea. You just keep explaining how this is not the way that things are currently structured or valued. I most certainly agree, but I maintain that this is closer to how they should be structured and valued. TP
