One of these days, the Islam leaders are going to have to PROCLAIM their distaste for hacking innocent people into small pieces.

But they will only do so if they feel confident that action will be taken against the militants. Otherwise, protesting will only set themselves up for kidnappings and beheadings.

But on the other hand, such silent protesters also provide an invaluable information resource for agencies willing to seek them out and utilize them.
