Liability issues... The legal fights over this should get interesting. First, I think it will be highly unlikely that IPIC will have to pay anything in settlements. Their insurance covers exactly this kind of event, so unless they can be shown to be recklessly negligent, the insurance co. will be the one paying for this. Also, someone asked about the patents on Redux. I know it is owned by a French company. I can't for the life of me remember the name, but one only has to look at an IPIC annual report or 10-K to find it. The damage potential in this stock is from the black eye that IPIC may be giving to the FDA. While IPIC won't be facing the same panel again any time soon, the FDA may still try to punish them for this (perhaps delaying NDA's, etc.) sds P.S. As far as speculating on price... why bother? If anyone here were actually consistently good at forcasting prices, I'd imagine they'd be on a beach somewhere enjoying their millions and not participating on these Internet chats.
