I like TXN, I like Tom Engibous, but since IMHO Dan Niles is the poor man's Tom Kurlak, put me down as short-term VERY bearish (and short <g>).

Long-term, no question this is a strong company across the board and its growth will be driven by DSP's (and if they continue to make progress on lowering the costs of their DLP technology - it's a HUGE area for future growth), but I see the potential for some significant collateral damage next week on MU's "earnings" release which may call into question how well TI's doing in narrowing their losses in DRAM operations.

Good trading,

Tom
