(AP) -- Drug maker Merck & Co. said Thursday its application for Gardasil, an investigational vaccine for cervical cancer, is on track and pending acceptance. The company submitted the Biologics License Application to the Food and Drug Administration on Dec. 1, but following the submission, the FDA informed Merck that the submission date is officially Dec. 8.
