A lot of seniors will end up paying more than previously and the plan is so confusing that even the druggists don't know how to interpret it. It's certainly confusing. My mother is in a nursing home and my youngest brother takes care of her finances. He's been working his way through the intricacies of the prescription benefit stuff. He calls or e-mails about once a week about it and you can just feel the steam. He gets really hot about the unnecessary stuff, the confusing stuff, the harassing stuff.
