Nice that you would term them 'mistakes'. I would use a harsher word to appraise his conduct throughtout the last years of the story. (His settlement in the G* lawsuit - $20 mill is pretty telling. Granted that is small change to him, but as an accountant, I'm sure it feels much worse to him.)

I am still very much interested in reading 'the book'. Now that he is out of Loral, maybe by Xmas?
