Elisabeth,

ALTH Wednesday traded at 3.05 making a 52wks.H and trading above the Dec.2004 H of 3.02 <g>

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

The recent upmove started on Dec.29 from the 2.07 level, was confirmed on Jan.9 when it traded above its Nov.-Dec Hs and the uptrend accelerated on Jan.30 when it was able to trade above the resistance from the Oct.7 H of 2.52

There's one penny minigap (from the H on Jan.30 to the L on Jan.31) and the possibility of a double top forming at the recent Hs. besides the poor cooperation from the general market (All of those need serious consideration.<g>)

ALTH Has been trimming its loss in the last 3Qs and the pending 4thQ is also expected to show a loss around $0.05 less than the $0.16/shr in Dec.2004 (However, for 2006 the expectations aren't for further loss trimmings.<g>)

It has no significant LTD and the insiders which reportedly hold more than 40% of the shares have been doing some buying lately.

The stock looks overbought at present levels and Michael Hart will need to do a good job on his presentation in NY on Feb.15 for the stock to trade above the recent Hs.(He has announced his plans to resign when the board finds a replacement.<g> )

BTW It seems you are staying up too late. I thought you had already adjusted to the time zone after your recent trip.<g>

RAGL
