Thanks for your detailed report. It's nice to have someone blow away a little bit of the cannon smoke, it's been a long day with this one.

Probably some more of the smoke will clear during the discovery processes -- most of these types of suits thrive only on evidence of a "smoking gun," (they can get just as expensive to conduct on plaintiff side as on defense side), and without it things will probably settle quickly. So hopefully there is no such evidence.

Anyway, hopefully 13 is the bottom and it will be upside from here.
