There will be varying price points depending on the size of the flash drive, the biggest one will be about 400$ like a large iPod.

To date, these have only been announced in a 1GB version. The Samsung Nexus (which is more like the Sirius S50, able to record while in a dock but unable to receive "on the go") is to be available in 0.5GB and 1.0GB models.

My listening has become like you describe yours. I got an Ipod for Christmas, loaded 600 CDs on it, but haven't been using it much. It just lacks the diversity and convenience of XM. Even though the Itunes software is very well-designed and easy to use, I'm still too old I guess to spend much time creating playlists, etc. And I haven't BOUGHT music in a few years -- it is just a waste of money, besides being a PITA.
