It had everything to do with valuation. Did you read the misleading stuff coming out of the company and the Dallas papers? Go through the posts and see how many were misled into believing that Cuban was paying .68 a share.

I saw it as a misrep right away and called it before anyone else I believe. Mr. Cuban - knows how to screw shareholders, just my opinion as there is no proof that he knew about the misleading "news" published.
