Hansen Gray & Company Notifies Mark Gray to Cease and Desist From Any Legal Action Toward the Company and Files Correcting Documents With the Secretary of State of Nevada

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. (OTC: HGCP - News) announced today that on February 1, 2006, the Company was informed that Mark Gray, the former Director of the Company, had wrongfully filed a new list of officers and directors with the Secretary of State of the state of Nevada, claiming he was the sole officer and director of the Company.

Mark Gray has no authority to file such documents and he is not an officer or a director of Hansen Gray & Company.

The sole Director of Hansen Gray & Company continues to be Mr. Alan Miller, and the President of the Company continues to be Mr. Frank Weber.

Hansen Gray & Company has filed correcting documents with the Secretary of State of the state of Nevada and has advised Mr. Gray to cease and desist from any further legal action toward the Company.
