Cuban was part of a scheme, whether he knew about it or not, that essentially screwed people who bought after that news on ITEK.

With his "brilliance" or at least brilliance in his own mind, I suspect he knew it would run. But that's just my own speculation. I called it near the top and I'm stickin' with it.
